New Shop Now Open!
We are expanding again! Never a company to stand still we are excited to announce that we have acquired no 91, Eastgate, the next door property to our current premises. Like our other shop this is a 3 storey building offering us the potential to expand our floor space by an additional 50 per cent.
Currently we are undertaking an improvement and renovation programme and expect to have this extension open for business in the Autumn, so watch our website for further updates and news. As a consequence of this purchase we are delighted to be able to add to our product portfolio next season most of the outstanding suppliers in the countrywear industry that we previously did not have sufficient room for.
Names to watch out for include Aigle the French clothing and footwear company founded in the 19th century who currently are one of the preferred products worn by Kate Humble on the BBC's nature programmes; R. M. Williams the iconic Australian manufacturer of boots, denims, moleskins, belts etc.; Warmbat, another Australian company specialising in the supply of sheepskin outdoor footwear (we like to think these are superior to Uggs); Farlows of Pall Mall another long established country clothing supplier who are only now starting to supply a small and select number of other shops with their high quality and exclusive ranges (we are the first and currently the only one in Lincolnshire); Beretta Clothing, practical country and shooting wear with the design flair that the Italians always seem to do best; Chrysalis Clothing who will be providing us with what are generally acknowledged to be the best tweed shooting/country coats and breeks on the market; Sealskinz, makers of totally waterproof gloves for country pursuits.
